Hi mate, I have 2 of these combo`s, one working one not, I tried to replicate the settings of the 1st onto the 2nd, it didn`t work. even uploaded the image from box 1 to the 2nd and that didn`t work! tried what you have said above, the cam on the 1st box id homecam (on virgin) I had issues with connecting to the server, but I have the green light, but when I scan, I get a channel list, but no signal and in every menu I have accessed that have the 2 power bars at the bottom (level and quality) are very very low!
Any ideas?
Cheerz in advancenot sure about virgin.. but here our cable wont work if its split. I get no signal unless its direct feed from outside.. Maybe look into that

have u a dump file or software for cable or sat for your provider/area. if so. update the box by usb. services.. update by usb. all sw+bootloader. When box reboots. menu, internet, network local setting. select wired then exit. next arrow down to net client config. Press yellow to edit. Imput your line in there. Make sure to select correct cam. Usually cable is mgcamd. exit. that should be it. if you go back into into net client config. You should see a green light. Your connected to your server etc. if red. Press green to restart.

Meerkat should be banned just for being an arxxhole.. he has done nothing but post derogorotory comments to everybody on this forum.. If anybody has or ever does crack this hd issue. well let them do it. This used to be a hobby but not its turned out to be I ve a bigger xxxxk than anybody else. I think mods need to take control of this thread and ban or issue warnings to those who we as hobbiest think shoudnt be here. and anybody that just wants to be an arxwhoxe

I re installed op system. Re installed multics r72. web info prob solved.

nope ., I used to install script for r72. but changed it to r77.. Now I want to change it to r69 or any other version as I think r77 is the reason why its crashing. And yes I have some learning to do. Hence Im here learning.. ALl I need to know is. how do I change from whats already installed as in r77 to another version. I do not want to run 2 versions at the same time.. I want to change to another version..
What I need to know is. Do I just re install the same script with say r72 on it. or would it conflict as r77 is already installed. How do I get rid of r77

I would install revision 69 mate and forget later versions for now.
ok so how do I get rid of r77. Will I need a total re install of op system. Or would It work side by side.

I been told I need to change version from r77 to an older version. May stop crashing prob. Can I just install r72 side by side.

yes its external server as my broadband isnt good. its r77 latest version. Ok I ll change http port and login ids also

if I reboot server.. Webinfo is fine. Can log in. but after a few hours. I cant. But if I reboot again. All is perfect again. Any ideas why. I ve checked config and webinfo is enebled.
