Hi, just starting using this image on my H7, works better than most i have tried, i need info about the username and password for the oscam Webinterface, i can use ftp ok but not the webinterface, Thanks.

I have installed blackhole image 3.0.6 on my vuduo 2, just setting it all up but i have a problem finding an ipk i put on it, the one i can't find is the suls plugin for iptv, i have manually installed it but don't know much about this image. cancel that request iv'e found it.

Hope i'm asking in the correct place? as the title says my xtrend8500 is stuck after a software update, i'm using open atv 6.2, is there a putty command to fix it?

Being as i started this thread i thought i would tell how it was sorted, i changed my sat receiver from a mutant 2400 to a vu duo2, locks onto channels straight away when changing sats, the setup is exactly the same as before, problem gone:)

Hope you get on with it better than me, didn't get from wos, updated the software but it kept turning itself off and on when i changed to another source, not the only problem, sent it back to a well known auction site.have a look at forums about it.

Not just me then, was thinking about setting my dish from scratch again, it's in my back garden, so easy to get at, but after reading gap30 thread maybe i'll leave it alone, i do like a fiddle though.

Using vix image, i tried to set those settings on extra motor option but it won't let me save it.

Thanks, it used to be almost instant, now it can take up to about a minute or so, if you change the channel it's on it when you go to another sat it does come on quicker, never had to do that before.

No, the old one was a darkmotor and the new one is a technomate, done it on both.

After installing a new motor and lmb i'm still having the same problems, which is it's not locking onto the channel quick enough, compared to what it used to be, for instance sats close together are ok but if i go from 19.2 to 0.8 it takes a while to lock on the channel, just to add the long and lat are fine, the same as i have always used, anyone think of anything i'm missing?

Thanks all for replies, my signal is still strong as i had a fiddle with it last week, for what a motor costs i will just buy one, maybe try technomate this time.

I have noticed lately that when i send the dish to another sat it takes longer than usual to lock on to it, my long and lat are fine and the dish alignment is ok, i have had the motor about five years, it's a dark motor, could the motor be on it's way out? forgot to ask if it is the dish any recommendations.

Hi, set up my new edision box today but my remote is controlling my miraclebox also, is there an adjustment on either box?

just for reference i have a 1mtr dish in northants and i get a good signal on that sat.

I think on this occasion the vix forum advised to reflash as something was changed on the latest image.

Thanks for your help tony, iv'e had enough of it now tbo, the software setting has done a runner on my box, i use a minix neo x8 which is much better than this box, quad core cpu makes it fast, i have satellite and cable boxes all set up by myself and running fine, i will flog this one, thanks again.

just got the box out to look, no paperwork in the box to say a specific model, just says mars DTV multimedia player, looks the same as others i have seen, would the settings be different on the latest kodi build i have on mine? which is Kodi v15.1 “Isengard.

Thanks, followed it all to the letter, not sure if i have a later model or something as that software setting is not in the list on mine.

I have removed the mx player app, the setting for decoding method is not in my list even after changing to advanced, can't change to software as it's not there, on mine anyway.
