I finally got my S*y card to open on my 4K Ultimo box, the problem was the card reader is in reverse to my Duo2 box, however whilst all channels are now opening after a few minutes the premium channel your on just freezes and you have to re-boot the box. I have tried both Blackhole and VTi images and they both freeze, I guess it is a problem with the version of Oscam that I'm running, also when I look at Oscam web interface the log is continuously running with some strange text that I have never seen previously. Could anyone offer any advice / guidance as I seem to be going one step forward and two steps back.

Checking Oscam - No entitlements are shown, I know I have the correct boxkey as I have used it successfully on my Duo2 box with Blackhole. Any further advice /guidance would be appreciated.

Sorry I am so lost, where do I add the configs, is it to the files that have been created after I installed the IPK file i.e do I just edit these files and add the config files via FTP line by line including the boxkey.

Thank you once again for your reply, I have loaded the file enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam-11329-linuxsat_blackhole_armv7ahf-vfp-neon.ipk and inserted the boxkey, but I am confused when you say (limited experience/knowledge on my part) Lets assume you are using these configs -> Sky UK Caid 0960 Red Card Oscam Config.rar what you mean? can you point me in the right direction.

I do however know how to obtain the Oscam log.

I hope I am in the right place _ I am urgently seeking help on my Vu 4k Ultimo box, which will not boot up, the only indication that it is receiving power, is the white stand by light on the front of the box.
I have tried to flash the box but no joy.

Just a bit of feed back for everyone and to thank those members who gave assistance to me. Out of frustration, I flashed my box with the blackhole image and loaded the Oscam file via DCC the config files were in the right place, once entered the boxcode and started the oscam, my card opened immediately. The moral of the story is don't give up but I am still unclear as to why Oscam would not work on either Openspa or VTi images.

Thank you for your valued replies - I will post up the oscam configs as requested, however I note the comment about the hexadecimal number which I have put in the boxid section (without spaces } but the number that came up includes letters when I used the software to create it is this correct ? Could you advise , thank you in advance.

Thank you again for your help, I have opened openwebif as previously advised, but I am unable to locate the live log, once again any advise / guidance would be appreciated. In an attempt to find a solution I flashed my box with openspa , which is an image I often use, however, once again despite using the correct oscam and config files the card is not opening.

Due to pressure (LOL) I have now gone back to my Sty box and can only hope that this will only be temporary as I am a great fan of the VU Duo2 box.

To date I have followed the advice given / found but I am still stuck, with cccam 2.3.0 it could not of been any easier, however, with Oscam it is a whole new ball game .

I have listed below the files that I have in my etc/tuxbox/config file.
