I have a VU+ DUO with 12 clients been working really well for about 6 months using vix 2.4 cccam 2.1.1, now No client can connect and I have them showing with all the same ip address 188.222.191.233, tried everthing reflased image, changed cccam to other versions even changed dyndns accounts, also changed router.
Still the same problem no client is able to connect and all showing the same ip address 188.222.191.233.
Anyone know what this problem is?

Got to the bottom of this problem, water in the connection of the lnb

Still have the problem, what has been done, factory restore, original image put on , various channel lists tried, only a few FTA channels work but all encrypted channels work,

I would be a client here, all other clients are working fine, I am the only one with this problem

I have a VU+ SOLO not clone it's been running fine I use the vix image , I updated my channel list and now I am only able to get encrypted channels no FTA channels will work I get a message tuner failed and signal 0%, could this be a tuner problem.
I have tried using a different channel list, did a factory reset and scanned for channels, loaded a newer vix image from here still nothing only encrypted channels.
