auto bouquets for enigma 1 dm500 not downloading bouquets

    Hi


    sorry i am new to this, i have installed auto bouquets for enigma 1 and when i click yellow button and select my region i get a black box but nothing else, i can close straight away. what am i doing wrong?


    my box is DM500, i think its a clone box
