Use oscam_1.20-rev-11200-oe2.0-emu.rar. Install any version of oscam then follow this guide -> [How-To] Update Oscam To The Latest Version On Black Hole or Open Black Hole Images
oe2.0 emu.rar version
unpack file , and oscam file in usr/bin folder of your receiver replace with one you downloaded
