You'll probably have to set up a static ip within your router for your duo2 first.
Then you'll have to go into the duo2 settings and find the streaming port (or transcoding port if your upload speed is poor) and http port.
All these ports need to be opened on your router for your duo2 static ip you just setup.

yes, you can use something like no-ip, and access through open webif, using your browser. On my tab,so cant explain, plenty of info here though how to do it, you will need a good connection at your work though.
