theres been a few ca errors on d800 clones lately which people have made mistakes by either flashing the wrong image or bootloaders
at the moment i am only putting this post in the vip section but if non vip members have a broken d800 and want a fix they can go vip like the rest of us
anyway
heres what i usually to to fix it please understand i am hands on rather than tell it but i will do my best here but if not theres always vip support guys
if all other methods that you have tried have failed
heres what to do
firstly you will definately need a serial lead your d800 and ethernet cable connected to modem and you will need to know what your sim card is as well
now i take it if its not going that you will have used or tried a patched dreamup or tried flashing by browser
so now download this excellent tool by yassinov cheers mate great tool please give him the thanks he deserves

then download latest dream up if you dont already have it
then download both this image and bootloader please you can alays change the image all i am doing is trying to get your box working guys

after doing this with the d800 put in serial lead nothing else and use yassinovs download to get you started if you are using sim 201 theres a good possibility that this will fix it without doing anything else just follow the instructions carefully and make sure you are on the right serial port
after its finished reboot then you will find out if it is working if not keep reading
if it is saying still ca error or sim 201 not found follow these further instructions
put ethernet cable in box with power lead thats all no serial turn box on and hold down front panel until you get an ip address on the front of it
then open a browser preferably internet explorer with the ip address that was in the browser then put the 1st file in NabiloBlackHole_DM800_012_8a8f8.nfi
BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING AT THIS STAGE
then do the exact same again open another browser same ip address thats on the front of your box only this time enter the second file secondstage-dm800-69.rar
make sure that both these files are unrared before you do this
then with the 1st open browser enter the location of the first file and flash it probably take about 5 minutes then as soon as that is done leave it alone DONT DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU FLASH SECOND FILE
flash the second file on the other browser after first one is done it should take 5 seconds maximum then reboot hopefully you should have a working d800 afterwards and if you have any problems just send me a pm or give me a shout in chat and i will do my best to help
