Cloud Ibox 2 Plus bricked which programme to use to flash it via rs232

I have one of these boxes and I must have bricked it using the wrong image. I'm trying to flash it via rs232 but don't know which programme to use to flash it via rs232, has anyone done this? PLease let me know which programme you used

You don't flash with rs232 you flash via USB stick

No the box is bricked, needs to be done via rs232, i need the programme name to flash it via rs232, not the image

It needs soldering on the mainboard for a jtag connection to a Cyprus board. I have a tutorial in the relevant section.
