Cline working internal with dyndns??

I am setting up a Cline locally and can set it up with internal ip that works. But will it work locally if i set it up through internet... dyndns or no-ip.. Just wondering, I`m testing out if my configuration is working out in the big world.

Yes i works with internal ip. But I think that I must be outside my own net to se if it works through the internet with static ip through no-ip/dyndns

Ok with a little help i found out, I did change my router then it works. Linksys e4200 have problems with dyndns and no-ip. Both original and dd-wrt firmware did not manage dyndns or no-ip.
