openbox signal issue

Hey guys,

I was hoping if could help me, i have the openbox on the latest firmware and all the cccam settings correctly, also i installed the latest channel list. the satellite dish is pointing at the correct satellite but i do not get any signal, when i do a search no channels found, on the screen it comes up no signal.

also when i go to abtenna setup it shows weak signal:

signal intensity: 44%
signal quality: 10%

do you know why?

Them figures aren't good enough to pull channels through mate, so it could be your dish is slightly offline ( maybe due to recent winds)...

You should be getting approx around the 80% for both...

bit more info required(model s9 s10 s11??) but check out the above as it sounds similar also just to add i've set up a few of these boxes and have only got 75% signal quality at best,try for this and all should be ok.Failing that if its a new box send it back to the supplier as there is apparently a few ones floating about with dodgy tuners(s11)

Was there anything in it's place before? Was that working? Is it a single or multi lnb set up, or motorized?
