  • Hi
    I have a strange problem.
I have just upgraded to the latest blackhole 1.6.7 beta 3 .
I have set all up manually loading cccam 114 and mgcamd (tried several versions from 135 to 138)

the cccam connects and clears ,the mgcamd however seems to connect but does not clear ! when I press the blue button it gives me info of the server I am connected to and ecm times (low ) all seems in order but no picture .

I re flashed back to 1.6.5 and loaded back up and all is well .re flashed again to 1.6.7 and same thing cccam works but not mgcamd

    anyone have any ideas ?

  • Have you editted mg_cfg and enabled CCcam ?

Did you try enabling the Mgcamd log and check what the errors are ?

the mg_cfg is exactly as it is in the earlier image that it works .

when I enable cccam it disables/switches mgcamd

how do I enable the Mgcamd log ?

    my box is a vu+duo

In mg_cfg edit 192.168.1.67 to your Vu+DUO ip address.

Restart Mgcamd from softcam manager and the log will be active in /tmp/mgcamd.log.

This log can get big, so its a good idea to disable it after you find any errors.

    PHP
    # Log option, summ of:
    # 00 off
    # 01 network udp log
    # 02 log to console
    # 04 file, appended ! delete it by yourself, before it eat all your hdd
    # + IP udp-port log-file-name
    L: { 02 } 192.168.1.67 28007 /tmp/mgcamd.log
  • ok done that
just have to wait till a recording finishes ,so I can switch from cccam to mgcam and try.
will post results either later or tomorrow

    thanks for the help

  • Changing b to 06 has sorted it .
you are right it seems b set to 00 (auto) only works with earlier kernels ,that is so with my box

Thank you so much for the advice it has ended a very frustrating weekend
