Picture keeps freezing with zgemma star 2s

    Hi, this is happening every 10 mins and is most frustrating, i have the sky dish and fibre and have had no problems in the past with sky or Bt could someone help please?

    I had the same problem started a couple of weeks ago with the box I have 2 other boxes from a different manufacturer and they work fine, I have tried different cams only thing I found help was to install a bare openviz image off the zgemma site and just install cam file this box doesn't seem to like the backup images around at the minute .
    Things now seem better now

    Oh and if u have a swapfile on a external drive/ usb stick u may have to delete that as I had to
