zgemma s2 software problem

Hi i have a zgemma s2 and im having problems with it on start up, it boots and when it goes to the channels i get a software message problem and it reboots. i have not changed or reloaded any software on the box. i have attached the picture of the issue. any help would be great. many thanks in advance.

do you mean reflash it, would you have any unzipped atv 5.1 so its ready to flash, many thanks for your help
