Fline and How to not reshare a c-line ??

I got a cccam.cfg and i got a cline with that i can reshare.
and i got a local card that i share with a Fline.
The Fline will share the local card, but will it also share the Cline??
Example:

C: ip port pasw pasword
F: user pass 0 0 0 { 0:0:1 }

If i have the Fline first and the cline second
Like this
F: user pass
c: ip port user pass
will it then not share the cline if it has reshare?

0 0 0 - does not allow access to any shares that your peers have given you.

{ 0:0:1 } - allows access to your local card only with no reshare.
