how to restore c15 commando channel list

i dnt no if one of kids did something but all the folders and channels is gone, i tryed a autobouquet and doesnt work. when i turn on box i getting a msg saying something like cant locate bouquets, press menu then 1 to try ad restore, but it dnt work, i did a scan and now have a folder called bskyb and have most channels all over place in it i tryed to replace some files from my working box, like the channel.cfg and loads more but made no different and i cant reflash another image for some reason, when click connect on dreamup and power on box nothing happens, it just says waiting for box, i tryed a online update and didnt work, is there anyway to restore image
