Hi...
i'm trying to setup a CSP connection between 2 oscam servers and having difficult doing so.
Here's what i'm trying to do
(local w/cards)Oscam --------------> (VPS) CSP ->(VPS)Oscam
I can connect Oscam to CSP on the VPS fine.
But really having difficulty getting my CSP to connect to my local oscam.
This is my oscam.conf (local)

This is my oscam.user

Am i trying to set it up wrong? I keep getting connection refused error.
