openbox network issue

    hi
    having trouble with a new v8s. tried multiple firmwares. and still no joy..
    the network socket seems to have a mind of its own..
    ive found that when a new firmware is installed no dbs and settings when it reeboots it seems to work for a few mins..
    ive checked the cccam manager .. says online.
    ive managed to later get it to work by powering down a few times . downloaded via upgrade by network and it reebooted..
    i then lost networking again..
    never had so much trouble with such an easy box..

    hve you tryed a new cable yet ?



    please try new cable in post results , i dont ahve a v8s but lets see if you have faulty cable

    ive tried multiple cables im currently using a vu + on the same cable / network. ive tried direct into the router and also into gigabit switch.
    as ive said flashed various v8s firmwares.
    i setup a v8s not so long ago and had no issues whatsoever.
