OSCam 1.20 rev 11212 emu with tryfix for dvbapi AC3 audio tracks.

I'm trying to 121W, partially works some channels not yet decodes the audio, but if this FIX for AC3 better than the last.

on dm 800HD openpli 2.1 (the last imag for this old box ) i try to fix the time but :(
i dont now what i mast to do to make 3-4 ms (on dm500 HD clone with openpli 2.1 work perfect with the same oscam )
