  • Hey,
    *
    I have a question about the camd35 protocol.
    *
    In my bedroom, I got an 2nd receiver that needs read my card (LINUX SERVER).
    I want to achieve that with the camd35 protocol (Oscam> Oscam).
    *
    oscam.conf is configured:
    [Cs357x]
    port = 12345
    *
    Upstairs in my receiver, I will need to add a reader:
    *
    [Reader]
    label = Bedroom1
    protocol = camd35
    device = 192.168.1.119, <<<XXXX>>> (linux server)
    user = bedroom
    password = bedroom
    services =
    group = 1
    *
    Now the question is:
    Which port do I fill in "Device '?
    The same port as what camd35 protocol broadcast (12345 UDP)?

  • Yes exactly, but the Protocol is called cs357x in the reader as well, unlike you use a very old version of oscam on your STB, which i would not recommend.
