power issue with zgemma star s2

can anyone tell me what could be wrong with my zgemma s2 box i have power in the plug going to the power box showing green light but as soon as i power up the reciver with the white button the green light gos out and there is no power going to the box

hi try to umplug alls other connections, only box no usb, no sat antena if ok put one by one other connections maybe short cut cable sat , or try another psu.

thanks for the repley have tryed different psu but same thing and have all cables out off it just the power but nothing else have benn told it might be a losse connection in the box
