Hi folks i put cCloud on my week core and now i can't get it off again
I have tried the reset button underneath butits not working, doesn't
click and can't get the box open to check whats wrong. There seems
to be one screw under one of the rubber feet and I've tried to slide
the cover off but no luck, any pointers please?

how didi you install ? if from play you can remove apps & install appsvia your browers ;)

If you go into apps find ccloud untick show notifications for this app, then clear ccloud cache and data before uninstalling it. After uninstall reboot and should hopefully be gone. I had similar experience not with this app but another and it was reinstalling every boot.

norm via settings , then scroll down and apps if droid :)

If absolutely all else fails you should be able to go into android settings and restore to factory default, you would then have to reinstall anything extra you have installed since getting the core and it will be like factory fresh.

Thanks guys, that is what I tried but will have a go again later and report back.

Hi Tooth Fairy ( cool name btw ) http://www.cnx-software.com/20…er-unboxing-and-teardown/ have a look at this page if you want to know how to dismantle the core and have a look at the reset button. Will probably invalidate warranty though so would run it past the folks at wetek if it bothers you.

Thanks 1999, I see there are two screws holding the base on. I did indeed feel
around under all stickers but I guess I didn't push hard enough.I will have a go
later today. My name comes from my occupation although I'm now retired.Cheers.

Tried everything and as a last resort I opened the box and discovered the reset switch had broken a leg and moved sideways.
Then got the soldering iron out (with a fine tip) and repositioned the switch and soldered and got the box set to factor settings.
All is now as it should be thanks to you guys for the help.Cheers.
