Newbie setup questions

A. Your favourite image for Vu+ Duo
B. 128mb memory stick formatted FAT32.

1. Format you memory stick on you PC in FAT32.
2. Make a folder in your USB stick called vuplus.
3. Inside the the vuplus Folder make another folder called duo.
4. Unzip the USB upgrade files into that folder.
5. Turn your power off on your VU+ Duo.
6. Put memory stick into front USB slot on Vu+ Duo.
7. Turn on power on your VU+ Duo and follow the on screen instructions.

Excuse my ignorance, but i need help with new receiver.
What is favourite image ? where do i get it ?
I can do 1 - 3 , but where do I get/find USB upgrade file ? from this forum ? all help appreciated, thanks in advance

I suggest you try as many images as possible until you find one thats right for you mate.

This means the new image files, before you start do this to avoid any compatibility issues with the new kernel(bootloader).
