itv player not updating shows

Hi i have a vu+solo running blackhole 2.09 and wife uses the ondemand plugin to catch up on her soaps and other shows however last night it stopped working the last episodes of shows it has is from the 1st of april and they are not updating does any know why this is as she is constantly crying at me to fix it and i cant when im at work sorry guys lol
