Hello,
I have the omnikey 3121 with a valid eltrona (imagin luxembourg) card.
Installed on ubuntu 14.04 with tvheadend to scan channels.
I can successfully view non encrypted channel. However encrypted channels to do not work.
I use VLC to view the streams.
Using DVB-link on the same system works fine.
Running pcsc_scan gives :
