dm 500 factory reset

hi,have try a lot of commando images on my dm 500s but having no joy and was it possible to do a factory reset on the dm 500,if so where or how to do it,i have look and search the stb and can't find it,thanks

when I put in image it sticks at the start and will not me do anything, other images loads ok but no channels,have try to get autobouquets no joy, when i scan 28e and I get all channels for some strange reason they lost again,
maybe time to use it for a doorstop

I have try dreamup but will not work,i done this before with dreamup and everthing was ok,the only way I can flash image is with DCC,

thanks for that jokosat,i am having problems with my null cable or my pc it will not open the port in dreamup,have try difference dreamups and still no joy,could be a problem with stb doing this,

running on windows 10,have try ports on pc,using rs232 with usb,have check for drivers and all is ok,this was all working before

have erase and flash new image by dcc and all working well again for 2 days until I turn the power off at the wall switch and now the box is dead when I switch it back on again,it seems to have lost all it setting and there is no lights on at the front of the stb,is there any sort of battery back-up in the dm 500 to save it setting or how to fix this problem,thanks

I did try that and no joy,have check the psu with a multimeter and it is working ok
