the main problem I have is I am trying to load vix new image by usb,i have try 2 usb sticks formatted fat 32,gigablue boots up and will not load image ???
Is this thread about a solo2 or a gigablue box?????

The image normally comes compressed/packed (.rar or .zip format)
You need to extract out the file to load it onto the key.
Winzip, 7zip, winrar should be able to accomplish it.
When asked what directory you would like the extracted file to be placed in, just select your drive key letter.
