ET Control Center Won't Connect

I am pulling my hair out, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please? I am a bit new to this.
Had ET control center working perfect, updated the image to Blackhole and now when I try to connect I get "unable to connect" "Access Violation in Module ETCC.exe"
IP address in ETCC is set correct, done a network test on the Ultimo and get all green ticks

Just need to input cline, is there any other way of doing it?

Tried the prog you suggested and it was exactly the same. Only one thing more to do was zap the image I last loaded and reload it....... sorted, working fine now :beauty:
