VU+ duo box not seen by win 7, was o now not ok

    Hi
    Anyone know what is causing this ?
    I have had the VU+ box for over a year with no problems, I can look at Windows Explorer - Network and see the VU+ HDD no problem.
    A couple of weeks ago the VU+ disappeared but sometime I can see it.
    The VU+ box says all is well and all connected so I guess the problem is with win7 or security but no idea how to fix it.


    Anyone any idea how to make this see the VU+ HDD again.
    Running Kaspersky security but nothing obvious there, says not blocking anything.
