help problem with display now/next epg event

i have DM800 the problem is he doesnt display now/next event like you can see in the video , so i have to change the channel and back to work and also doesnt update events like you see in the image (the event is finished and hes already in the list) but only with provider movistar+ and polsat , the other channels german, french,... works perfect , i wanna is the problem from provider movistar+ (so everyone has the same problem) or maybe from the tuner
