    Hi can any one help please got 2 of these boxes did a usb backup on one box how do I install it on 2 box I have inserted usb in back of 2 box and turned box on expecting it to flash but it doesn't can anyone tell how to please thanks mial

    Is your backup in .zip form, if so, you'll have to extract it out to your usb key (format key first of course)
    Then insert it into your zgemma and press power button on front of receiver.
    You should then see "flash" on the receivers display.

    Hi codar thanks for reply don't know all I did was installed usb in back and went to set up vix gave me options back up manager ,,image manager . did both on usb stick got in folders
    backup
    crossepg
    image backups
    movie
    timeshift

    Your backup image will be in the "image backups" folder.
    Open the folder up and there should be a .zip file in there.
    Drag this file to your desktop and extract it out to a freshly formatted usb stick .
    Insert that stick into your second zgamma and push the power button, "flash" should appear on it's display.
    It should reboot when finished.
    Job done.
