oscam picture glitching every few secands

Hi I'm using oscam only my box is glitching every few secs was running fine but today I restarted server and oscam but no luck also live logs show everything's normal any help on this please thanks in advance

The freeview channels are fine yes it is wired directly to the router would a coupler between 2 Ethernet wires cause this it is A very small glitch every few secands

What does (catch 1 mean 0ms) it's in logfile

Also my ecm for the box is high it is in 1800Ms to 2700 it use to be in its 300 to 700? Something In oscam is causing the glitching and high ecm
