tuner config setup on 28.2 east for recording and watching another channel

hi all.
on my vu solo se i have all going the way i want apart from recording on one channel and then being able to watch another channel.
i can record ok but when i want to watch another channel i get the menu alright but when i click on the channel i want it just is a blank screen.

what should my tuner config settings be please.
