make sure c line is entered correctly, i I l L can be quite confusing on some c lines, also make sure no ports are blocked by your broadband provider....virgin are the worst for this! and double check your ip settings are all ok and dhcp is on... any problems, let us know! -
If you are client only there is no need to open any ports, check your network settings & do a network test if this option is available. The problem may be with the line you have been given.Try another if possible.
