question re Iptv list updater plugin?

I installed latest version using DBCC tools and all dependencies on Openvix Edision mini . It adds folders on channel list but these folders are empty? no channels at all? Is this normal?
In the zip there is a folder called List and a text file inside with what looks like lists links? Do I need to rename the file as .m3u?
Do I need to add lists manually? if so what directory folder they go to?
Is there a guide for beginners?

9efc6.jpgI have done it 1: blue button then follow instructions result is but empty folder
2 also done from main menu then Plugin then chose IPTV list updater and followed instruction same result of empty folder
