my oscam ubuntu pc once restart from power it dose not load up

i had a power failure in my house now my oscam not loading up also i notice if power down my oscam pc the osacm dosent load up. can any one help please

Will it start with command in putty... sudo oscam -b
Do you have start scripts and check scripts in the correct places, a bit more info is needed
