LinuxSat Panel Server not working, is there a work around?

Hi all

A mate told me to try out the new OpenATV 5.3. However I can't install the Linux Panel. I was wondering how do I force install it. I have already tried the forced FTP command in FileZilla but it did not work. Anyone have any ideas or could point me the way?

Also when is the server going to be backup and running? I currently have NO TV during the Euros. Please help

I installed the new ipk file for the forum panel yesterday and everything works fine.Just tested it now and it's working.I am also using Blackhole 3.0.2.F on my Solo2.Are you using the new one as the old one doesn't work anymore and are you installing it the usual way via the temp folder?As for having no TV during the euros the matches are all on free view anyway so I can't see the connection.

Extract the ipk with 7-zip > FTP LinuxsatPanel folder to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions > restart enigma2.

The old server feed is gone for good.. We won`t be supporting that old plugin anymore.

Had to do mine pli4 in telnet eg..opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
delete the old one first

I tried doing it that way but it did not work. Can you please show me in full how to force install this program. Tks again for your help. Without this software I have no TV. Thats what I meant about missing the Euros

Do it with DCC in telnet:
Start DCC and connect to the receiver
FTP the .ipk to /tmp folder
Click the Telnet tab from the left side
Paste this command in and press enter
