dm800hd hdd initizilation issue on openpli 4 1.9gstram

    hi guys. i have a dm800hd installed open pli 4 iptv. i am having trouble initializing hard disk. it keeps saying error.:required tool . mkfs.ext3 not found. i tried with different hdd same ting. when i try to mount it says no fdisk. i tried other images still similar error. could someone guide me with any commands
