With the latest files from your GIT i can add and safe öäü like Köln. Maybe you can add this new City.cfg to your git

1. the double label problem, I can't remove Label2 otherwise the translation disappears.
For the txt it's the same. it depends on the skin, if you can report it to the metrix skinner. otherwise tell me where the git is I'll edit it if they don't have time :(

VTI (@NaseDC) change some things so that the latest version still works on VTI maybe you want too look at it and can manage the changes so that your versio works on PLI/VTI/oATV

Dont know why but now it works on FHD too ;)
So if you can help with kmh and km/h then we have all problems sortet for the moment :)
