Zgema H2s reflashed and lost all encoded channels -help!

I have a new box ( 1 month old) with all channels active such as sky, premier sports, Setanta etc. Problem is the boot locked, and I had to reflash it to get the thing working again. The problem is I have lost access to all the encoded channels . I have no clue how to set up this side of the sat box, as its brand new to me. I am guessing the lack of access is due to Ccam or similar being rest, and not knowing how to input the correct information, I have no nothing more useful than a freeview box.
If anyone could offer any advice, I would be grateful. I cannot get hold of the engineer who sold me the box & card, so I am all out of ideas. Thanks guys.

Will check what card is in it asap. I had no backup, and no details. The guy had it set up in advance and just gave me instructions on using it. That was it!.
