Can i use a USB Cardreader with openbox newcamd server

    can i use a USB Cardreader with newcamd server ? or i must use the inside reader ?
    because the inside reader read only cryptoworks, no Nagra or NDS Cards.


    When is it possible use a USB Cardreader, how can i make it that the outside reader can be work ?

    openbox can read nds cards and share them it depends what image you have flashed on it the later images don't seem to be able read the sly cards but the older images do, you will need to generate the box key.
    Only problem is the openbox does not make a very good server I did get it to share internally and externally but it will only work on one box at a time otherwise both boxes will freeze constantly hope that helps Dazzza


    mine is dated 24/08/11 and works with nds cards and no lypsync problems
