Not everyone will use the same ignore and priority.list.. You need your own customized version or else MGCamd won`t work properly.. Channels will open slowly or some may not open at all with misconfigured .list files..

I am a nobi and have some trouble with some of the French channels on 5W and 19.2E.
I do not know how to make/ customized my own list. Any help is appreciate
