No Audio

Morning all
has anybody else lost audio on the FTA channels if I flick to audio description we have sound but once I go back to normal audio I have no sound its on FTA and 1 movie channel sly hits

Hiya Paul nothing in any setting s just woke this morning bud and no sound
now on movie channels I see this in audio
subtitle SD this is on all movie channels never had this b4 if I go on ac3 English no sound if I go Nar sound with description and if go on this subtitle SD I have sound weird

but still nothing on FTA side apart from Nar audio then the woman is there telling me whats going on

don't why it happened but after turning box off and on again all is well
