dm500 clone motorised dish help

    First of all sorry not familiar with 500's at all,
    my mate owns a pub he has a motorised dish setup with the box all was working fine until the recent high winds it has gone out of allignment what do i need to realigncan it all be done from the box step by step guide would be great sorry I don't know what image it has on it either. thanks Dazzza

    If the wind has moved the dish then your best leaving stored settings on the box alone as you don't want to put them off..


    Best get a size 13 spanner and tweak the dish a bit til you get max signal as its that what has changed in the wind!

    Thanks for that I'm a tv engineer because i fitted hes openbox he seems to think im an expert on hes dm500 that ive never seen, I think this is going to be a headache waiting to happen, I might get an aeriel rigger mate to look at it lol

    i would suggest thats the best action you could take m8 ! tbh if you aint got a meter it will take longer and could end up worse that it already is !
