How to install mgcamd configs for latest enigma2 receivers.rar

Having downloaded ( mgcamd configs for latest enigma2 receivers.rar ) and unzip with winrar
Please
(1) At what file do I need to FTP it to the receiver. Example /tmp/ or /usr/ or /var/ or /bin/ or etc or where?
(2) How do I install it

After i have downloaded ( mgcamd configs for latest enigma2 receivers.rar) and unzip it, i got cccamd.list, newcamd.list, mg_cfg and softcam.key. I ftp the files to /usr/keys/
My questions are:
(1) What are the next steps

(2) How do I install MGcamd and at what folder
(3) What next should i do to the following files (cccamd.list, newcand.list, mg_cfg and softcam.key) having ftp'd then to /usr/keys/
(4) How will i check if mgcamd is stable, working and view its status
