Amiko a3 spark home isn't responding

Hi any help would be great.For the last couple of days on my a3 and also 3 other boxes I know of have the message
"spark home isn't responding.do you want to wait" flashing up every 5 or so minutes.This appears while watching tv channels aswell as Kodi.This is too much a coincidence to happen on all the boxes.Does anybody else or has anybody else experienced the same problem and if so did anybody have a fix for this.

cheers for reply mate,when you say bricked was it stuck on boot with blank screen because I also had this problem on another box and even recovery sd card wouldn't fix the problem.Ive returned that 1 and am waiting to hear from them
