cannot clear NC+

Hi
having major problems with my new card for cyffra it should include HBO on it, I activated the card with CCcam 2.2.1 and the majority of channels cleared quite quickly and the entitlements are until 30/10/16 but i cannot clear the HBO channels.

i've been emailing Satsklep for 4 days now without any reply from them, so the only thing left for me to try is oscam but i cant get oscam to clear anything at all i've tried 4 different images with different versions of oscam and nothing.

atm i've got BH 3.0.2F on a DB800SE clone running oscam 11272 with 2 cards Redlight Fusion and NC+Platinum+HBO
i'll post my configs for someone to check, also if anybody has any info why HBO don't clear i would appreciate it........just to add my client box a VU+ Solo4K works fine and is clearing all my subs but it is also clearing HBO on a share but in Nagra ( I find this reaaly strange)

tried to restart oscam on the BH image the box would'nt boot, so put on a Pli image, tried with the preinstalled ymod still nothing, d/l the oscam from addons and channels cleared before it had even had fully installed...........still no HBO tho.

What does the oscam log show you while viewing HBO channels ?

will you wait a mo please now oscam has stopped working all together, trying to reactivate it.

atm i'm getting the message on the info bar that i get on CCcam as well when try to access HBO : "no parse cannot emu" but now i'm getting it on any channel i try to clear. i'm now running Open Pli on my DB800 clone with oscam, channels will clear with CCcam but not with HBO.

Login to the oscam web interface and copy the live log to here please bud. A log from startup and after viewing channels is needed..

as i say Boss can't do that at the mo cant activate oscam, it just won't start.

been trying for ages cannot get oscam to start, this is the only image i've managed to get it working on and i've tried 4, even when i do though i can't access the webif it wont allow me, the only way i will be able to get it to work is to reinstall the image yet again.
so here i go again another install:06:

Try the attached oscam. Send the configs to /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam

i've installed your version Boss, tried starting via the remote nothing.
tried telnet got error message something like unknown parameter.
blank screen, got all these problems before i can even begin to check the log.

i'm going to reinstall the image, and install your version of oscam and not the one from plugins, let's see what happens then.

done a reinstalled, installed the above oscam version, nothing's clearing but getting the "no parse cannot emu" error message at the bottom of the info bar.

Don`t worry about the unknown parameters.. Add your own configs then access the web interface. Restart oscam from there, then copy the log.

tried tried and tried yet again tried with 11245 and 11231 tried via remote and telnet, rebooted and rebooted somemore.......nothing oscam just will not run.

You should have a "Live Log" tab at the top of the web interface, click on it for the full log. Now restart oscam and check the live log.. We need to see whats happening at startup..

Which channels were you you trying in the log above, I`m assuming this was HBO ? Are all channels working now except HBO ?

"not found" error usually means you don`t have the entitlements for that channel..

Use the attached oscam.dvbapi so we can see which channels are being viewed in the log..

I don't know if this is a side issue or related, but when connecting or trying to connect to oscam when i eventually do the server is showing my 2 subs as online, but on my client and my other peers it's showing as zero cards avaliable.

This is the situation so far.
1: Satsklep has never replied to my emails.
2: Having real problems starting/restaring oscam, either by remote or telnet.
3: Cannot connect with my client Solo4K it says " Zero cards NEEDINIT
4: I don't know even if Satsklep has sent me the correct card, as I say they won't answer.
5: I don't have a clue what the log file means.
5: I'm fed up, i'm losing the will to live:dumb:

Sorry if i'm being pushy mate, but can you give me any idea of what the log indicates, or even if it indicates anything at all.
I've been trying a few things but noting has made any difference.

Cards need an extra time to clear added channels anything up to two weeks, if that don't happen as in my case,then Satsklep will send a new ota activation, along with a boosted signal to jump start the card.
This worked for me now all channels are clearing fine.
