anyone able to solve this

    afternoon everyone been running multics for a few days now and its running quite well i have version r82 the problem i have 2 users seem to be getting freeze but only on some channels when 1 user gets decode failed it gives another user the same issue i noticed it last night 1 user was going through the adult channels it wasnt decoding and it was causing issues for all other users any advice appreciated thanks
