Can MGCamd block providers like CCcam

As above lads,

Can say 0963 be blocked on a Cline or Nline in MGcamd as you can in CCcam no { 0963:0 }

No.. you can add this to the ingore.list file, but it will block that caid completely..

Ah so the cam itself will only ignore that caid not a specific line.
