Amiko alien 2 box dead !!!!!

Hi recently came back from hospital all too find my box is dead no boot loop completely powerless I'm thinking the plug but had no time too get new one is this common and easy fixed thanks [emoji3]

I'm using a plug adapter as lone in England [emoji3]

I've got it about 6 months now running perfect turned it off correctly and went to hospital came out this happened [emoji25] I hope it's the plug as it's very strange and been reading problems and there usually boot errors thanks for help tho pal [emoji3]
